Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.

Return Policy

• Return option is available **only** for damaged products.
• You must provide a **full unboxing video** (without any cuts, edits, or pauses) as proof of damage.
• Returns without proper unboxing video evidence will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after verification of the unboxing video and approval of the return.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and the video. If eligible, we will authorize the return.
3. Return Shipping: Send the product back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.
4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed accordingly.
